1st10 was founded by Boris Epstein, original founder of Binc, which pioneered embedded recruiting in Silicon Valley. Binc built early teams for Pinterest, Ripple, Stripe, Square, Airbnb, Reddit, Tesla, and more before its acquisition by Robinhood in 2021.
