We work with ambitious pre-seed to Series B startups with exceptional founders, leading venture backers, differentiated technology, and strong early talent. Our recruiters helped build early teams at Stripe, Robinhood, Ripple, and other generation-defining companies.

Today, we’re especially drawn to AI, bio, defense, and the industrialization of our world. Above all, we back startups that attract the best talent, regardless of industry.
